Stuck in between

I enjoy my job. But I couldn't see my future in this position.

I don't want to stuck in this position forever. I need a booze.

What should I do?

Should I resign?

Should I change department?

If I am really going to change department, how should I tell my boss? Is he going to get mad at me?

I don't think I am going to like my "new" boss because he is a cunning wolf.

Am I going to get my increment after I tell my boss about it?

Am I going to get any increment from Mr Wolf?

What if Mr Wolf doesn't accept my application?!!! Very no-face leh...
