Story of a Noob

Once upon a time, there was a noob. She was born in September 2008 The so called "good" company took 2 months to train her. They expect her to fly like an eagle within the 2 months training.

She spent most of her time familiarizing the sales process and everyone was too busy to attain her.  The two months of training is kind of total crap to her. She came back with a bit of knowledge and started to explore in the deep, dark tropical jungle.

During the journey, she was insulted by some customers but she never give up. Many people look down on her by saying a lot of discouraging advice too. She told herself, "Despite I'm a lady, I know I can do it. I don't want to let people look down on me".

Today, she is considered successful because nowadays customer will come looking after her instead. This is because she has created some reputation for herself in the market. Of course she is not the top salesman in this company. But she has earn herself some credit by having some of her own customer network. From a lady point of view, i think she has done something proud.

This is the 3 1/2 year she's stay on loyally with this "good" company. But no one appreciates her. During her last Team Building, her superior poked a deep hole in her heart. It hurts her so much. The wound will not recover. Even if the wound recovers, it will never be the same again. It will leave a scar.

Her motivation drops. She curses and swears her superior and the "good" company. She is so disappointed with all of them. She can't do anything but wait. She believes there is something brighter on the other side.

She just have to wait and she will see it.
