So angry. Really F5!!
Master Agencies and KL colleagues screwed up my shipment. I told them hundred of times all three units have to be in the same shipment. They said yes and end up something like this happen. I'm really tired and sick of this shipment thing.
Not just this shipment got problem, I also have problems with my other sales shipment.
Some ppl really need to polish up their manner. The lady who screwed up my shipment never say a word of sorry to me. I dont need her "sorry". It couldn't help me to expedite my shipment. But doesn't she knows that after you have done something wrong, you have to say sorry? And yet, her job is to serve customers.
