This Tuesday is a public holiday for Johor. Very big possibility production will shut down on Monday and replacing the working day on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Wow... too good to be true. I finally have two and a half days off!

Almost everyday, I have been complaining about my job in this blog.

Let me tell you all my achievement. I went to Batam. 'Stole' all their 'stuffs' and build my own production line in Johor site. I retrained all my operators and shape hundreds of characters. I helped Johor to get their very first ISO and CGRB. I also helped my company to obtain the FDA approval.

When boss told me that I was doing well in the last process, I was delighted. He transfered me to my current process which need more patience, concentrations, and a master mind. But when I approached him three months ago, he told me I haven't proof anything to him. My life suddenly change. My heart broke. And my self esteem gone. Then he told me, he'll give me half year to proof before he change my life.

Two days ago, he approached me. He told me, I am going to take care of another process (including this current one).

He said to me, "As what I promised you earlier, I am going to change your life. I am now working out the plan for your future."

What is your reaction if you were I? Would you jump up with excitement?

To me, all this are bullshits. While he was half way bluffing, I shut myself and said to myself, "Company is cutting down employees. You want me to take care of two processes because of my achievement or because of cutting cost?!!".

I know he is telling a lie. And I am so pissed off.

When a company start cutting cost, the employees suffer in terms of money, effort and time. I think I've change a lot after working one year. I believe in myself and my effort. Please don't come and tell my bullshits, thinking that I will believe in everything you said to me.
