Noted from the latest month's petty cash reimbursement, there is again petty cash reimbursement which exceeds the RM200 limit. I do not know how many times I have to repeat this. I can't afford to have your non adherence to the SDI Standing Instruction resulting this to be a GCAD issue.
For courier services, please emulate KK branch, they have an account with City-link and the charges are paid via cheque. If you want to pay by cash, ensure the RM200 limit is adhered.

I understand the procedure.
Heavy parcel and light parcel have different price rate and with different account number. That is the reason why we receive two bills. The receipt is based on the bill. Two bills, two receipts.
Please advice us whether we should send all documents or parcels using one account to avoid confusion.

工作在这间公司，我不能 ｃｏｍｐｌａｉｎ． 我只有两只手，要管三个部门。 如果我跟他们说我的难处，他们会说我不够 ｃｏｍｐｅｔｅｎｃｅ。
有一次，我和财政部门又有意见不合，吵了一番。明明是他们的错，却赖到我身上来。 我赢了又怎样？我能证明了我的清白又怎样？我还不是被他们讲：“不管是谁的错，都是公司的错。不管是他的错或是你的错，都是我的错因为我们是同一间公司。” 如果是这样的话，那为什么当初他们会把不是我的错赖在我的身上？
我真的不明白。
