Hi Kriz, long time no see...
They look reddish, especially black Samy. Maybe they are still young, and their skin is still very thin.
FDA stands for Food and Drug Administration. Every medical and food industry need FDA approval in order to sell their product in the States.
My company is a new setup comopany and I am one of the pioneers. Normally newly setup companies are not stable and their policies are always changing. They resign because they got better offer in other companies :-)
newly set up company, well. That would have much to do many to learn from if you stay...I guess.
Hope for a better future then, whatever your decision will be, just make sure it works best for your career move. :)
